Our secure and regulatory-compliant patient registry allows individuals to contribute their medical data while maintaining full ownership and control over their information. PRF digitizes and imports medical records free of charge on a weekly basis, ensuring real-time data accuracy and accessibility. In addition to collecting real-world natural history data, we integrate biospecimens to provide a comprehensive view of disease progression and treatment response. We actively collaborate with researchers, industry partners, clinicians, and regulatory bodies to facilitate innovative studies and clinical advancements.
